The amount of time it takes to build your new website depends on your plan. For example, Lite sites are built within one business day after receiving your content. Pro sites are built within five days, including content writing.
This timeline is for the initial version of your website and doesn't include any changes you decide to make after reviewing your site.

Yes! All of the images you see in the demo are royalty-free and can be used in any site without additional fees.

The only limit is on the total amount of storage space available to your website, currently 20GB.
Yes! While we've tried to include any features you might need in your website, we know that sometimes you need to integrate with a system or process that we don't support out of the box.
If that's the case, we will work with you to deploy your own code to your website or provide a development quote to build a custom plugin for you.
Absolutely! You'll have complete access to manage all of the content on your site, so you can be as hands-on as you'd like. But don't forget we also include unlimited support with your plan, so our support techs are more than happy to make any updates or changes to your site.
Yes! And we believe you should. While your site will always be available at yourcompany.starterwp.com, using your own domain name is advised to grow your brand.
Yes! Your monthly plan includes hosting, security, updates, and unlimited support.
Your hosting and support plan is a month-to-month commitment and can be canceled at any time by opening a support ticket.
You're free to cancel your hosting and support plan anytime and take your website with you. We're happy to provide you with an estimate of ongoing plugin licensing costs based on your site's features.
You can cancel your plan at any time by emailing support@starterwp.com at least 1 business day before your account renews.
We do not offer refunds as a significant amount of work begins as soon as your order is received.
Yes! You own the website and all of its content and can take it to a new hosting provider at any time. Additional plugin licensing fees will likely apply to maintain functionality without Starter WP hosting.
Our team will make any requested changes to the content on your site. That includes text, images, or videos.
